These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Stream Manager Studio Pro, a Windows desktop application for YouTube livestream workflow management.

1. Acceptance of terms

By installing or using Stream Manager Studio Pro, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Product description

Stream Manager Studio Pro helps users manage their own YouTube livestream workflow, connect YouTube accounts, organize livestream slots, apply metadata, use AI-assisted content generation, and start streams using local stream settings.

3. YouTube and Google services

The app uses Google OAuth and YouTube API features only after the user connects a Google account and grants permissions. Users are responsible for complying with the YouTube Terms of Service, YouTube Community Guidelines, copyright rules, and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service.

Stream Manager Studio Pro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC or YouTube LLC.

4. User responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• using only YouTube channels and accounts that you own or are authorized to manage;
• ensuring your livestream content does not violate copyright, platform rules, or applicable laws;
• checking all AI-generated titles, descriptions, tags, prompts, and thumbnails before publishing;
• keeping your license key and account access secure;
• ensuring your computer, internet connection, and FFmpeg setup are suitable for streaming.

5. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee views, subscribers, monetization, revenue, ranking, traffic, account approval, or YouTube channel growth. AI and SEO tools are assistance tools only.

6. Licenses, plans, and credits

The app may include a free trial and paid plans such as Starter, Pro, and Studio. Paid plans and AI credits may have limits, expiration dates, and usage restrictions. AI credits are consumed when AI features are used. Pricing and features may change over time.

7. Payments and activation

Purchases may be processed manually through Telegram/payment instructions. After payment verification, a license key may be issued. The app is activated by entering the license key inside Stream Manager Studio Pro.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis unless otherwise required by law. Digital software, license keys, and used AI credits may be non-refundable after activation or use.

9. AI-generated content

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You must review and edit AI-generated content before applying it to YouTube. You are responsible for all content published to your YouTube channel.

10. Prohibited uses

You may not use the app to:

• violate YouTube, Google, or third-party terms;
• upload, stream, or promote illegal, harmful, infringing, or deceptive content;
• abuse APIs, bypass rate limits, or attempt unauthorized access;
• resell, reverse engineer, redistribute, or modify the software without permission;
• share license keys or use the product outside the allowed plan limits.

11. Availability

The app depends on third-party services, including Google/YouTube APIs, hosting providers, databases, AI providers, internet connectivity, and local system configuration. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these terms, abuses the license system, shares license keys, attempts fraud, or uses the app in a harmful or illegal way.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stream Manager Studio Pro is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost data, YouTube account actions, stream failures, API limitations, or indirect damages.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
