Terms of Use
These Terms govern your purchase and use of Stream Manager Studio Pro provided by Individual Entrepreneur Sudnyk Oleksandr Serhiiovych, Ukraine (also registered as Фізична особа-підприємець Судник Олександр Сергійович). By installing, purchasing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Full Version purchase and use
After approved payment, you receive access to install and use Stream Manager Studio Pro Full Version. The product is sold as one full-access version for the current released app, with no separate monthly tiers, recurring subscription, or built-in AI generation balance. You may not resell, rent, distribute, interfere with security controls, access an account without authorization, or use the app in violation of law or third-party terms.
Your accounts and content
You control which Google/YouTube accounts, videos, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, stream keys, and schedules you connect or submit. You are responsible for having permission to access every connected account, reviewing broadcast settings before starting a stream, complying with the YouTube Terms of Service, YouTube API Services terms and policies, Community Guidelines, copyright rules, advertising rules, and all applicable laws, and keeping your computer, Google account, stream keys, customer AI Provider API keys, and payment/order information secure.
The app can perform consequential actions on your behalf, including creating, updating, starting, and completing broadcasts and streams. Test privately before relying on the app in production.
Third-party services
The app interacts with services that we do not control, including Google, YouTube, Render, Telegram, payment providers, FFmpeg, and AI providers. Their terms, availability, quotas, policies, and decisions apply independently. By using YouTube-related features, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge that Google and YouTube process information under the Google Privacy Policy.
The app is not endorsed by Google, YouTube, Telegram, Render, FFmpeg, or any AI provider unless explicitly stated in writing.
AI features
AI features require the customer to connect their own OpenAI-compatible AI Provider key in the app. Stream Manager Studio Pro does not provide an owner-funded AI generation balance for customer use. AI output may be inaccurate, unsuitable, or infringing. You must review output before using or publishing it. Do not rely on AI output for legal, financial, medical, safety-critical, or other professional decisions.
Updates and availability
We may provide security, compatibility, and feature updates. Some updates may be required for continued operation because Google, YouTube, Windows, FFmpeg, or other dependencies change. Internet access may be required to download updates and to use Google/YouTube, Telegram, payment providers, or customer AI Provider services.
Fees, taxes, refunds, and support
The current Full Version price is $69.99 as a one-time purchase through the official Telegram bot, unless a different price is clearly shown at purchase. There is no automatic renewal, no monthly subscription, and no included owner-funded AI generation balance. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Support is governed by the Support Policy.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend support, update access, or future services for non-payment, fraud, abuse, security risk, material breach, unlawful use, or attempts to bypass purchase controls. You may stop using the app at any time and may revoke Google access at Google Account permissions.
Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted streaming, audience results, monetization, platform approval, error-free operation, or compatibility with every computer or third-party change. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost broadcasts, account restrictions, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us for the affected Full Version purchase during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts of Ukraine have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to use another forum. Before filing a claim, contact us and allow 30 days for informal resolution unless urgent relief or applicable law permits otherwise.
We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational, or service changes. Material changes will be posted on this page and will apply prospectively as required by law.
