This Privacy Policy explains how Stream Manager Studio Pro (“we”, “our”, “the app”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when users install and use the Stream Manager Studio Pro desktop application and related services.

1. What Stream Manager Studio Pro does

Stream Manager Studio Pro is a Windows desktop application that helps users manage their own YouTube livestream workflow. The app can help connect YouTube accounts, read channel information, prepare livestream metadata, apply titles/descriptions/thumbnails when the user clicks an action, and start streaming using local stream settings.

2. Information we collect

The app may collect or process the following information:

• License information: license key, plan, trial status, activation status, expiration date, AI credit balance, and hardware identifier used for license limits and fraud prevention.
• Account information provided by the user: email address used for license activation and support.
• YouTube / Google account data: only after the user explicitly connects a Google account through OAuth. This may include YouTube channel ID, channel title, channel thumbnail, livestream/video IDs, stream titles, stream metadata, and information required to manage livestreams selected by the user.
• Local app data: OAuth tokens, connected channel data, saved stream settings, logs, and license data stored on the user’s computer.
• Support data: information users send to us voluntarily, such as screenshots, error messages, order IDs, license keys, or support requests.

3. How we use Google / YouTube data

Stream Manager Studio Pro uses Google and YouTube data only to provide user-facing livestream management features requested by the user.

The app may use YouTube API access to:

• authenticate the user’s Google account;
• display the user’s YouTube channel information inside the app;
• read livestream/video information selected by the user;
• prepare or update titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails when the user clicks the relevant button;
• create or prepare livestreams when the user requests it;
• help the user manage livestream workflow inside the app.

The app does not access or modify YouTube data without user action inside the application.

4. Google API Limited Use disclosure

Stream Manager Studio Pro’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not share Google user data with advertisers. We do not use Google user data to build unrelated user profiles. We use Google user data only to provide and improve user-facing features that are visible in Stream Manager Studio Pro.

5. OAuth tokens and local storage

Google OAuth tokens may be stored locally on the user’s computer so the app can keep the connected YouTube account available between sessions. Users can disconnect an account by removing it from the app or by deleting local app data. Users may also revoke access at any time from their Google Account permissions page.

6. AI features and credits

The app may include AI-assisted features such as title generation, SEO generation, thumbnail prompt generation, and thumbnail image generation. AI features use a credit system. Text entered by the user or metadata selected by the user may be sent to an AI provider only when the user clicks an AI generation button. AI features are used only to produce requested content for the user.

7. Payments and license activation

Purchases may be handled through Telegram/manual payment instructions. We may store order information such as email, order ID, selected plan, license key, activation status, and credit balance to provide access to the product.

8. How long we keep data

License and order records may be retained as long as necessary to provide access, prevent abuse, process support requests, comply with legal obligations, and maintain transaction history. Local app data remains on the user’s computer until the user removes it or uninstalls/clears the app data.

9. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data only with service providers necessary to operate the app, such as hosting, database, AI processing, payment/support communication, and Google/YouTube APIs requested by the user.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. Users should keep license keys, payment information, and Google accounts secure.

11. User controls

Users may request help with deleting or correcting license/order data by contacting us at sudniksanya@gmail.com. Users can revoke Google OAuth access from their Google Account settings and can delete local app data from their computer.

12. Children

The app is not intended for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
