This Privacy Policy explains how Individual Entrepreneur Sudnyk Oleksandr Serhiiovych, Ukraine (also registered as Фізична особа-підприємець Судник Олександр Сергійович) processes information when you use Stream Manager Studio Pro, our website, purchase flow, update service, and support channels.

Google and YouTube data
When you connect a Google account, the app requests the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.force-ssl permission. At your direction, this allows the app to read YouTube channel and live-stream metadata, create and bind live broadcasts and live streams, update broadcast metadata and thumbnails, and transition broadcasts between testing, live, and complete states.
Google OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored locally on your Windows computer and protected for the current Windows user with Windows Data Protection API (DPAPI). We do not intentionally send Google OAuth tokens to our backend or update service.
Stream Manager Studio Pro's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You may revoke the app's access at Google Account permissions. Google processes information under the Google Privacy Policy. YouTube features are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube API Services terms and policies.
Local application data
The app stores configuration and operational data locally under the current Windows user's application-data directory. This may include channel names, YouTube channel identifiers, broadcast identifiers, titles, descriptions, thumbnail URLs, schedules, stream configuration, stream keys, Google OAuth tokens, customer AI provider API keys, settings, update state, logs, and local file paths selected by you. Sensitive values are protected locally with Windows DPAPI where supported by the app.
Purchase records and updates
Stream Manager Studio Pro is sold as a one-time Full Version purchase. The desktop app is designed to run without online trial, tariff, channel-limit, stream-limit, or AI-credit checks. We may keep Telegram/payment/order records and support correspondence as needed to confirm purchases, send installer links, prevent fraud, meet accounting obligations, and provide support. The app may contact an update endpoint to check for signed software updates.
AI features
If you use an AI feature, the prompt and related inputs needed for that feature are sent to the OpenAI-compatible provider that you configure in the app. The provider key is supplied by the customer and stored locally on the customer's computer. Stream Manager Studio Pro does not sell built-in AI credit packs and does not intentionally use the owner's AI keys for customer generation. Your selected provider processes data under that provider's own terms and privacy policy. Do not include personal, confidential, or regulated information in AI prompts unless you have authority to process it and accept the selected provider's terms.
Diagnostics and support
The app can create a diagnostic report only when you explicitly request it. The report is designed to exclude OAuth tokens, stream keys, API keys, client secrets, payment details, and application content. Diagnostic reports are saved locally and are not automatically uploaded. If you send a report to support, we use it to investigate and resolve your request.
How we use information
- Provide YouTube live-stream management features requested by you.
- Confirm purchases, provide installer access after payment approval, and operate signed updates.
- Secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the app.
- Respond to support, privacy, legal, and fraud-prevention requests.
- Comply with applicable law and enforce our agreements.
We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising, credit decisions, or surveillance.
Sharing
We may share information only as needed with Google and YouTube to perform actions you request, hosting providers such as Render, AI providers selected by you or clearly disclosed by the feature, Telegram and payment providers when you choose to use them, and professional advisers, authorities, or successors when legally required or as part of a legitimate business transaction.
Retention and deletion
- Local data remains on your computer until you remove it.
- Google OAuth tokens remain locally until you disconnect the account, revoke access in your Google Account, or remove the relevant local token files.
- Transaction, purchase, and support records are retained as long as needed to provide the service, prevent fraud, meet accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and comply with law.
- Diagnostic reports sent to support are retained only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the issue and maintain support records.
You may request deletion of information controlled by us at sudniksanya@gmail.com. We may retain information where required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, or legal claims.
Security, international processing, and rights
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including HTTPS, local DPAPI protection for sensitive values, and signed update data where deployed. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Information may be processed outside your country by us or our providers, subject to applicable safeguards and legal requirements.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, and to complain to a data-protection authority. Contact us to exercise applicable rights. The app is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date and, where required, brought to your attention before new processing begins.
