Refund Policy
This policy applies to purchases made directly from Individual Entrepreneur Sudnyk Oleksandr Serhiiovych, Ukraine. Purchases made through another seller or payment platform are also subject to that seller's refund process.

Before purchase
Use the available trial and confirm that Stream Manager Studio Pro works with your Windows computer, network, YouTube account, intended workflow, and required number of channels before purchasing.
Voluntary refund window
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days after purchase if the license has not been activated, or if a material defect prevents the core app from operating as described and you provide reasonable diagnostic information and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve it.
We may decline a voluntary refund where the license has been substantially used, transferred, abused, or used to consume AI credits, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Non-refundable items
Except where required by law, consumed AI credits and completed custom services are non-refundable. Platform outages, YouTube restrictions, API quota limits, unsupported hardware, and violations of third-party terms are not defects in the app.
Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law. In regions where digital-content withdrawal rights may be lost only after express consent to immediate performance and acknowledgement of that consequence, checkout must collect that consent before immediate activation. If it does not, the mandatory withdrawal right continues as required by law.
How to request a refund
Send the purchase date, payment reference, license-key hint only, reason for the request, and for a technical defect the app version, Windows version, steps to reproduce, and a reviewed diagnostic report if requested. Never send Google OAuth tokens, stream keys, API keys, passwords, or complete license keys.
We aim to acknowledge requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider.
